Melissa has 15 years of experience as a Master Stylist and Colorist.

She is a graduate of the Menswork Academy; American Crew’s proprietary system of cutting men’s hair. Core barbering and cosmetology concepts merge with advanced techniques which create the Menswork Method; a logical and practical system for cutting men’s hair. Melissa's skills include advanced techniques with the clipper, shear, and razor including clipper-over-comb and free-hand clipper cutting.

Melissa is also a member of the international education team for the Andis Company; the leading manufacturer of cutting and styling tools for the professional beauty industry. In her role with the team, she has traveled throughout the United States and Canada representing the Andis brand. She inspires stylists with her creativity, energy, and experience as one of the best men’s haircutters and clipper cutters in North America.
